Seeking support requires strength. It is not weak, and it is not something to ever feel ashamed for. No one should have to navigate this world alone.

 

Seeking information is empowering and is a step closer to taking back control

Whether you have experienced or witnessed sexual violence, these services are freely available to aid in the next steps or simply to give advice tailored to your situation

Links to available advice and introductory information for legal processes including housing, reporting avenues, and domestic and family resources

There are many challenges to upholding mental wellbeing in isolated or rural areas, however there are many remote and freely available services. No one needs to struggle alone

While the violence men experience can be surrounded with a lot more shame and fear of not being believed, there are  resources designed to recognise and support these experiences

Counselling can be a confronting concept and difficult to access in remote areas. These links provide advice and access to referrals to move forward

In the event of domestic violence or emergency situations, there are organisations that can aid in finding safe housing or simply provide information regarding the next steps
